Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Move up or down as your needs change. Fees are billed monthly, so a change applies from your next billing month.
Which platforms are included?
Lite covers one platform (Instagram or Facebook). Starter and Growth cover both. Scale adds LinkedIn and YouTube.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
Fees are billed monthly. Our plans are designed as a 3-year growth partnership; any minimum term will be confirmed with you in writing before you start.
Is ad spend included?
No. Starter includes Meta ads setup; Growth and Scale include ongoing ads management. The ad budget you spend on Instagram/Facebook is paid separately, directly to Meta.
Who owns my social accounts and content?
Your business. Pages, profiles and ad accounts stay in your name; we work on them with access you grant.
What’s in the monthly report?
Lite gets a 1-page PDF summary. From Starter you get the full report (reach, followers gained, engagement, top posts, leads from DMs and next steps) plus a call: 20 min (Starter), 45 min (Growth) or fortnightly reviews (Scale). See the sample report on this page.
How do I start?

Do you guarantee followers or sales?
No. We commit to effort, consistency and transparency, and we agree clear KPIs with you at onboarding. Results are reviewed every month.

It’s a win-win: for MSMEs we check registration (e.g. Udyam, GST) and current online presence; for startups we start with a goals call. We onboard only when we’re confident we can add real value.
What happens after 3 years?
By year 3 your own team leads growth with our support. After that it’s your choice: run it in-house or continue with Happio.

Prices are shown before GST. GST applies as per law and will be shown on your invoice.
